I'm no patent expert so perhaps you can create another lie to counter this possibility. Isn't it possible that they filed the claim early on to get the process started but were refining their process along the way so kept holding off from proceeding to examination of patent? As you cannot amend a patent once it has been granted.
Just so everybody knows lifefree's other accounts are avcat1, scsugarman and bobbydazzler. Those are the ones we know of.
