This is the slide that I am most bullish on. Management are focusing on areas that offer the most growth, if you've done the drive out to western sydney you can see the long lines of cars outisde the gloria jeans drive through, low capital output which is excellent to see.
Have yet to try rack em bones BBQ ribs, but they way they are leveraging the existing capital equipment and stores at Crust, and then setting it up in a separate app / brand makes this a very compelling upgrade to the brand. We've seen brands like dominos try to diversify into chicken wings with not much success, mostly due to association of branding! By setting up rack em bones ribs as a separate brand as opposed to "Crust Pizza Ribs" they can separate from any previous RFG reputational damage
