In my early days on the well site I used to get worked up when I had a service company supplying below par service. I'd have a rant at the service personnel and give them 0/10 on the KPI.......sometimes the service personnel would beef up their act and sometimes the client would actually read the KPIs....but usually I was banging my head against a brick wall. Even more frustrating when after spending an hour on the phone explaining to my Ops Geologist about what was going on rig side he'd cut the call short because he was going out for a long lunch...paid for by the same service company.
