I am at a loss as to where the over 20 million dollars from...

I am at a loss as to where the over 20 million dollars from capital raisings and DGRs continual out of the blue investments (something like $11 million dollars worth) has gone. Agree with frmen1 as our company don't seem to have accomplished very much in the last couple of years. Is this another company, under this management team, that raises lots of money, doesn't perform for interests of it's shareholders, collapses in values and then certain powers come in and hoover up huge amounts of shares at extremely low prices. No, this could not be a management strategy, except it is an absolute truth if one looks at the history of our senior management members in most of the companies they are in control of, because it has happened so so often. Unfortunately, I too have tried averaging down.....hasn't paid out well to date. Like most 90% down. Management however still getting paid handsomely each and every week so they can last the distance.
