i dont think shareholder approval is required to sell shares, especially small amounts.
what makes you think they are pocketing the money? they are probably using it to avoid further share issues, but that is standard practice.
im invested in tem because i know the region well, i have been in for a while. some of you are starting to sound paranoid.
TEM looks like moat other jr exploration stocks at present, the market is a mess.
