Feel sorry for holders. People dont understand how utterly garbage convertible notes are, and Ive seen time and time again many companies cease to exist after entering into convertible notes.
This company had potential, and I had it on my watchlist, but after today, she is gone from the watchlist and I am no longer interested in this bio. GL to all other holders.
