Don't forget that a company is legally responsible for every announcement to the market. They need to be vetted by management at a senior level- which diverts management's attention from the main game.

I'm part of a few class actions due mainly to a company's management treating their company's public announcements like a footy club's press releases.

A lot of HC posters expect company's to make announcements like a footy club commenting on next Saturday's game. Unfortunately the real world isn't like that.

The MQG conference is one of the most important venues for a company to put its case before the professional investment community- I'd expect CDA's management to concentrate on that as a priority.
