To be fair also to Sandfire— they gave all of their tenements and defined resources from their years of ownership and exploration 100% , wider distract scale land, plus their land in JV with MEP— into MEP for MEP shares, DRM shares to be , in 2021.

**A1M- hold the combined resources and decades of drill results and exploration in the area now greater Eloise, from:

•MEP/Breakaway;
• & back in time OZL/ Oxiana exploration ground ;
•and realised profits from spun out assets through years these combined former entities .
•MEP acquired land,
•SFR regional & local land ,
•and former JV ground MEP with both OZL and SFR separately.
Also historically —Eloise was originally a BHP discovery & mine development - and they explored and had held a lot of this land.
