The manipulative capping of this stock is getting more obvious every day.

More ANN's and volume is the only thing that's going to get passed it. Don't know how much fuel there is left in the tank of who ever is capping it. I just hope that it's not a single major buyer lapping them all up at 0.18-0.20 as we'll run into the same thing again in another half a cent if it does break.
