The usual crazy conspiracies from somebody who has absolutely zero idea how the ASX operates. FYI market makers are paid to sell small parcels to increase liquidity (in this case 1943 and 1057 shares). After hours prices are determined by an algorithm which automatically matches prices. That is is why there was a $12 trade. Nothing whatsoever to do with 'manipulation'.
