It was the cost of PGCs Mount Waverly facility, citing increased building costs (understandable) but also " expanded scope" whatever that means. I do wish these presentations would be a little more precise. Was 17 -18 mil now another 10 to 12. But overall very good presentation. annoying that theirs a bit of a selldown today, good for buying in.
