I'm getting an inkling that Tony is aiming for a take over.
If you were going for production it would make sense to just get your 100MT to 150MT, get your studies and financing sorted and off you go. You wouldn't need to know exactly how big the project was and after a certain point its just wasting money on equity raises to continue to drill it out to find out.
Unless
You're actively trying to prove to potential buyers just how big and how much they're getting. You're not worried about a little shareholder dilution now because they wont have to participate in the production raise dilution. Thats why its 100,000Mt for an MRE as big as possible, not 40,000Mt for something that's pretty clearly going to be 100Mt + for just target area 1.
Very possible I'm completely misunderstanding the process. But its the impression I'm getting based on vague generalities.
