Gives the impression to the market that the directors have bought in when that’s hardly the case.

A $50/t net margin is an outstanding figure to try and maintain - it’s presumably been averaged out by the ridiculously high IOP that was achieved when production commenced.

Maintaining it or even if it were to drop by 20% would still ensure the stock is an impressive cash cow, especially given management are now trying to advertise a supposedly significant expansion in resource and we currently have a 1mil+ SSOP.

That could/would essentially allow for a very conservative annual dividend of 4c for many many years to come.

The big “if” is when you assess track record of Johnny da Lock and Co, there really isn’t much confidence in current management even remotely managing to execute the above.

Today importantly, the markets look like they’ll go green. So it’ll be interesting to see how potential investors take to the IP and the fact that the Q should be released any day now.
