they are doing ok, they have opened access to multiple markets, and revenues are growing.
It is the sort of product, that by good better practice which improves outcomes, is on an organic growth path.

Again, just think of it from a surgeons POV. Product re-sue and referral. = Growth.

Its not as risky as a new drug undergoing a trial here or there. Its simply getting the door opened wider as it gets more countries on approval.

Yes, the stock has taken a while to get here, but for new investors, its the point at which the cost of entry is discounted because of the sales and regulatory gestation periods, but looking ahead, is a great bet on catching that organic growth momentum and scale into large worldwide market demands.

If they were selling a better light bulb, it too would take time. But when do you want to invest ?
Understandably the IPO shareholders some will be weary, and also some CR flip supply. But that seems to be drying up. So, really needs to get some news events to waken the market again, and allow it to run a bit without being sold into. Hopefully the CR flippers are exhausted.
