Where they get the money from ? They simply need to reach more investors who havent heard of it, and do a significant broker event. Then raise a placement from such. Thats what markets are for. You cant rely on the existing holders, but expand the pocket reach. Markets are made for bridging the gap, when good products need that organic escalation of growth sales period.

So if they need to employ a director, manager, whatever who has experience in broadening the investor community base.
