    Agreed, i hate to admit but this is a very real possibility.

    The current fundamentals are very very weak, doesn't matter much where the company could go in the future - those contingent statements are not holding up on the price.

    long term holders are clearly selling out of the stock which is causing it to drop.

    The revenue statements really need to improve.
