Agree NZ are closing their older plants. They are concentrating on producing for Food Service and Consumerables.
Saputo have closed their milk powder plant in Leongatha.
China is experiencing a large level of excess milk which has resulted in elevated levels of whole milk powder productiontherefore reducing the import of milk powder.
