HC gotta admit I'm a bit bewildered as well.
Market is not engaging.
JV progress is stumbling.
Both JV managements are in unity.
Gas price is going up.
Walyering JV revenue surely is in the not to distance future.
JV partners have both got other prospective projects one more than the other but all very promising and derisking is a factor.
SO WHY?
I am not sure, but from experience when the market does not react to expectations then there is maybe something else at foot.
Maybe PB consolidation is being stalled and there is more to come?
My instincts are telling me stalling - what, why and how?
My opinion and I'm just being attentive.
