Pages 3 and 6 highlight the desperate position this company is in. Congratulations for the 3.36 billion shares (over 10 years ago it was less than 10% of this total). Debt growing nicely, faster than sales. Only surprise was their conservative sales estimates. In the past, their estimates were a few hundred % growth. After spinning such bull $#!t for several years maybe they thought to not treat their shareholders or potential shareholders as idiots.
