EDE sell bugger all. Their best customer (GDOT) hasn't placed a new order for 2.5 years.
If the product was any good they would be taken over. No multinational wants to deals with a barely solvent company operating out of a shed. [A supply contract would most likely be banned by the internal risk management policies.]
The $1.2M 'loan' from TAS was written off because it couldn't be repaid.
The Georgia property is only worth a fraction of it's book value.
