That $1.2m conversion by TAS was interesting. More to do with tidying up the books than anything else, imho. The conflict of interest at a creditors meeting would be worth an admission price.
Can EDE send Eden US into Chapter 3. The properties and loans against them are in Eden US’s name. That will give Eden US time to sell the properties and restructure any debt post any property sales.
Chapter 3 is probably the first step before considering VA for EDE.
