can anyone else.

now don't get me wrong, I never heard of this company before being offered a placement and assume some who post on this stock have lost money on this stock in previous trades and hold a grudge.

when I sell the shares I couldn't give a rats what happens to the company.

I'm not sure how you would have access to who my friends are, although you are mistaken. Also don't know how you know which trades are on or off market. Maybe you can illuminate us.
