If the shares are in a superfund there is the kicker with the franking credits. Of the 31 cents dividends. 13 cents were to be fully franked, so it may add an extra 3 to 5 cents or so depending on accumulation or drawdown phase. So we may be looking at a payout of 34 to 36 cents. Considering its trading at 41 cents at close, its valuing the new entity at 5 to 7 cents. I have not read the full details so could be totally wrong!
