Great analysis.

Im in a similar frame of mind to you. I bought PTL as a long term, some what predictable business that provided a steady dividend. The acquisition of HWB business I always thought was an odd one but the figures seemed to add up and the dividends continued. But after the recent announcement to sell the core business and the return of Capitol I have sold out. Too much risk in my books and I have seen companies who have done this before and have taken years and years to recover. Plus the business I originally invested and researched is completely different now.
