Agree, I also think they are on the cusp. Had management not changed a while back and FLC not had a bit of a structural shakeup I'd be more skeptical, but the current management have a strong track record and I think they are doing the right thing. My main concern is around their debt and whether or not they will have to raise capital to cover the short term gap. Investor presentations are often a precursor to a CR. I hope not.
