The answer is that Star is in a position of weakness if it has to discount this hard to get support for its share price. The fact they are putting disclaimers makes me wonder whether they are covering themselves in case things don't work out.
There is always a possibility it will bounce a tiny bit but Robbie does not look very clever now raising shares for half the amount less than 12 months ago. The fact that institutions need such a discount to bite also makes me cautious.
