I am pretty sure the project partners have to pay their share of the litigation funding facility. Surely they can not be given a free ride, expecting to get the windfalls with none of the associated costs?
And to those that again doubt you can get cash out of an African government, looks like Ghana going to cough up on this one as "the government has realized that there may be no way out of the judgement debt" :
