    my guess is they have to finialise the earn in deal, then say SQM will waste no time getting the rigs going! with now an EV of 4M, if you include the 3M SQM will fund too that brings us down to like 1M EV which is wild, as @potgut said I wouldn't be surprised to see SQM grab another earn in at perhaps Tambourah or Russian Jack, given those 8M hig 500m long pegmatites at RJ,..
