Todd is answerable to the board not the shareholders. As most of have experienced, a shareholder has very limited rights and often gets screwed over by unscrupulous management. I have found that sometimes comforting announcements mask
the board off loading their holdings prior to the company going down the drain. There is a statutory requirement to release material information. Until there is an announcement we can assume that nothing of significance has occurred. Hopefully that will change for the better.
