This is exactly it.
Each annoucement will get sold down because they have ample time before any big revenue moves are going to come through. I agree that there might be short term spikes with surprise announcements, but long term I still think this will get worked down until late 2024.
Others have countered that a broader market move to risk on might outweigh the above.
