I think that is less a presentation error as it is an interpretation error on your behalf.
Slide 12 clearly discusses the current status of 22nm process node (wafers now received from GF) and slide 31 discusses scaling, including 22nm and below. That scaling process is ongoing at 22nm as it is yet to be fully qualified. So the presentation is correct.
