PDI has two disadvantages and they are both of concern.
1. Two BILLION shares on issue at an early stage of Development is NOT the ideal position to be in.
2. There is a National Park issue, as all Holders would know and until THIS is problem is removed (Mining Permit / Licence / Exploitation approval), PDI's Share price will not rise as the Resource would indicate in a "normal" situation.
