At this stage of the game, the market cap is far more important than soi. Yes, there'll be a few on issue, but nowhere near a level to be frightened of.
Merlin raises a good point. They must have something in mind to allocate funds for acquisition, yet, in the prospectus figures are set out basically to tick the boxes and not upset the asx police.
