99% of companies will " measure" or "trim" any comments in regard to acquisition...if they said, let's say..." we just about have one in the bag", then the cops would no doubt pull them over and suspend them.
As for 3m insider shares traded, well in fact, half of those trades were buys, not sells, for that day....so, that conspiracy doesn't hold water
