I'll celebrate when the milestones are ticked as completed and not pushed out further into the future (FACT).
Still plenty of overhead resistance. Could be a technical short term buy soon, with a guess as to when the CR might be announced. Timing is tricky. I'd prefer to get it out of the way, break through resistance, see the Lead price find support, USD down and a few other things come together, before jumping in long for the journey up. But, until then, patience based on factual evidence, not insults.
