At last count Regal had just under 12 million shares still. Love them or hate them fact is the market needs Regal and the likes to support some of the smaller companies otherwise they would never be able to raise enough. Last CR was not well supported by retail and that was at 60c odd. Too small for any real insto activity, and easy money has been made. Gut feel is they will want to sell at least half. May have done a bit this week already. Don't think SMI will want to get to the point where they have to start making disclosures on their 4c so IMO they will want to raise something in the next 6 months. Mine development studies, PFS study, DFS initiation....I have no idea what these things will cost.
