Re Sapien X4, they seem very cagey when it comes to EOA, etc. Cant imagine Resilia tissue will impact hemodynamics much. Their hemodynamic bottleneck is the 600 sutures used.. So, I'd say hemodynamics will be similar to Sapien 3 i.e. 1.44cm for a 22mm valve.
