Sensible people want neither upramping or downramping!
When you say "vrs37 makes valid points in my opinion" you are giving air to a serial downramper. He constantly trawls academic papers and quotes material - often out of context - most of which he doesn't understand merely to spread fear and uncertainty.
I would really appreciate it - and others would too - if you could itemise exactly which of his comments have been 'valid' and, more importantly WHY.
It makes NO sense to be on the DXB 'bandwagon' if you believe any of vrs37's posts are 'valid'.
Please explain - not just state!
