    "Puts us in a strong negotiating position." - 1-2 yr timeline is a tactic.. Dxb will derisk pre readout, they aren't fools..She is just playing hard ball and telling them to step up as we are fully funded... but mark my words a deal is imminent. How much due diligence is required on a terms sheet, how much better does a deal get with a further delay
