I agree that DXB needs the cash but BP may not be willing to offer a good deal without positive next interim results even if it means offering more after such positive results!
If it is true they have offers on the table they may all be C#@p offers so it is still possible for nothing to happen all year!
Then also possible the next interim results fail, so still some risk here!
I have trimmed some profit and am comfortable with my current investment in DXB, everyone has their own risk profile/limits etc.
