The 100k per month SaaS fees probably can't be factored into the the March or June quarters as they go live on commercial launch. Maybe they'll start during the June quarter but I doubt for the full quarter. They've only just completed the DSD POC and still need to complete the build. Only the implementation fees can be factored in. I see many people are already adding in 300k from Capricorn to their 4c estimates.
