Integration costs and staffing costs etc Possibly more bonuses and remuneration
And revenues confidence is yet to be seen and I don't see more than $6m or at best $6m in calendar year 2024 - you are just adding on to 2023 revenues
So from my calculations will have closer to $5m cash at years end at best and that's generous after last qtr blowouts of $502k alone
Don't see any fear of FOMO anytime soon as MC is far from cheap at these levels
Look at what being down to your last $5m - $6m achieved now - a 600m dilution package at .01221c
Price 1.4c - signal market has lost confidence
