Mick (MAC) wanted to buy SS before Bill did his deal. Mick likes it as well. Obviously, WL is much better for the investment from DVP and the mining services would go easily into CSA.. I'm just a bit concerned with all the expensive debt MAC has strapped on and would have liked them to raise more equity and pay it down.
