Bill didn't need to go Contiki around Switzerland to learn about pricing ,TC's etc when Glencore have offices in Syd and Brisbane. More likely he's seeing top brass and could be financing or M&A related. I know Bill went to Glencore head office during the MAC/CSA negotiations so he has the relationships. Mt Isa maybe? What about if DVP buys Glencore's equity in MAC? We might not even need to stump up cash, we could swap the equity for long dated offtake at WL and SS? Glencore ultimately wants to dominate trading in concentrates, and we have a lot of value in our uncommitted offtake.
