    Agree, more than meets the eye. "Global fact finding trip" means more than one stop, possibly shoring up finance for some major play.
    Glencore owns 10,000,000 (19.9%) MAC shares. Maybe meeting and presentation was to convince Glencore to vote yes to DVP+MAC merger? Some sort of binding voting deed?
