Someone dumped $390 worth @ 1.5 - is this a strategy being played out?
Generally on HC the 1.6 Capital Raise was not well received at such a low level & you need to have stock holdings to get your allocation, obviously a small cohort are shedding & either exiting OR reducing their allocation qty.
Looks like their are quite a few happy to pick up the 1.5's if SHLDRs choose to shed some stock!?
