If it is a CR, it's a massive disappointment, as I thought they had enough cash, while the CH oil route is keeping the lights on, and then when eventually the minister signs off on it will make costs for TEG to be extremely low
And if TEG have 19 qtrs of funding available, then I would hope a CR is not required.
Anyway that's my mini rant for the day.
