CT has opined in the past that the NOPTA decision was likely in March, well today is the 1st March and the paperwork has been with the minister MK since late January. Hopefully she signs off soon.
Imagine if a decision was made before 5 March and the impact this would have on the SP the oppies could be in the money immediately
