If the drilling pays off then there will certainly be a re-rate, and the options in the money will be at a premium to today's price, allowing for more cashflow and further drilling of projects. While converting options will increase SOI, it will also create a solid EV with cash on hand if they get converted, to allow for accelerated drilling and further acquisitions.
