when you consider that PB has today been in the chair for only 2 months and a day.. thats quite a lot to identify and then coordinate with all execs and staff how things are going to work going forward.. complete re work .. together with the now new KPI's with linked performance metrics that we also had none of.. these are all big changes and frankly they all should have been in place a long time ago.. over 12 months at least

and for a like to like comparison.. within this time line of being in the job.. Ric V had already been on a two week ski holiday.. and then went on another not too long after that.. and every time he talked it was always there's a lot to learn and they are working on it.. PB has been working quite hard and results will come... look at what has been said already and compare the pair..

re that.. as advised the changes from PB/s leadership and expertise officially start running next month.. and with on average a 6 month contract process to date.. that will mean the Sept qtr is when we will start to see how the new systems etc run and results from.. and then build further from there..

the new team are fully focussed on getting this up and running.. I met with Parmjot, McGregor and Christine last week and discussed all of the above .. I wish the people on the no side would also do that.. the danger for you would be your current narrative could change..

we are now at the start of one of the best opportunities on the ASX... the reset button has been pressed and some time is needed to start running.. and thats not from the changes as such detailed above.. its from the lack of them being done from the last CEO and BOD..
